Valli is the owner and principal broker for Bergen Peak Realty and Past President for the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors.

Valli is a member of the Evergreen and Conifer Chambers of Commerce. In 2017, she was a Chamber Honoree Celebration Volunteer of the year Nominee and was nominated for Volunteer and Ambassador of the Year in 2019 and 2020. In 2022, Valli was a nominee for the Mountain Area Women in Business Hall of Fame. She also sponsors local youth sports and Evergreen Downtown Business Alliance (EDBA) events including the Holiday Walk and Dam Ducky Derby. Valli has held numerous volunteer positions in the Evergreen area schools her children attended.

Valli is a member of and volunteer for the Evergreen Elks Lodge where she served as the Lodge Esquire from 2015-2018, was named Elk of the Year 2016, and Queen of the Charity Ball 2019. Valli actively volunteers for events such as: Evergreen Jazz Festival, Father’s Day Rodeo Parade BBQ, Little Britches Rodeo, Hoop Shoot, Community Easter Egg Hunt, Santa Party, and is in charge of the Dictionary.org project for mountain area 3rd graders and the Americanism Essay Contest for 5th-8th graders

As a member of WEB – Women of Evergreen Businesses, Valli volunteers at the annual recycling event and Share the Love sale raising money for their Angel Fund to assist local residents in need. WEB also adopts a families during the holidays and donates to the local women’s shelter and food bank.

Valli is a graduate of the Leadership Evergreen program and sits on its Board of Directors. She is helping to plan and run education modules for the upcoming class of 2024. Her 2019/2020 class project brought the water bottle filling station to downtown Evergreen.

Valli was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married her childhood sweetheart in 1997, and together they share two (almost) adult children. Valli and her family have proudly made Evergreen home since 2008.
