Her knowledge then quickly surpassed our expectations in the paper work phase by submitting our initial offer quickly, helping us land a great interest rate/term at a local credit union for a raw land loan, and helped fight on our side negotiating back & forth ultimately landing our dream property under contract and list price - right where we were financially comfortable. She also helped us prepare & communicate with all parties involved aiding a earlier closing to give us time clearing the build site this season. That was a huge win for us as having a nice agent (in the showing phase) is one thing but this is our 3rd purchase & having an agent on your side during the negotiating phase is something that is way more valuable and it really felt like Valli fought on our side which is something every buyer not always gets and in our opinion really sets Valli apart from some agents we have used in the past.
